- 8Cubes, 1 cube = 450ml stock
Spaghetti Bolognese
Fry 1 chopped carrot, 1 celery stick, 1 onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves for 10 mins in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 500g mince until browned. Add 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 400ml passata and 175ml stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40mins. Serve with spaghetti.Ā
